Lil Scrappy Welcomes His Fifth Child After Viral Baby Shower

Roommates, congratulations are in order for Lil Scrappy and Shakira as they have welcomed a baby together. TSR previously reported that Scrappy and Shakira appeared together at their baby shower in November.

Lil Scrappy & Shakira Welcome Their First Child Together

Shakira let the world know that she and Lil Scrappy welcomed their baby boy on November 23 with an Instagram post. But on Saturday, November 30, she finally dropped the first pics of their little one. One shot shows the new mom rocking a blue robe while holding her newborn, who’s also swaddled up in blue. Another pic shows their baby boy snoozing with a pacifier. In her caption, Shakira made sure to shout out Scrappy for being by her side during the labor.

“For the last 7days I’ve been completely distracted by this lil man 💙🥹 Saturday 11/23/24 @ 7:39am I gave birth to a baby boy 7lbs 2.5oz/ Labor was long but with the support of my child’s dad @reallilscrappy and my daughter, I was able to push him out in under 6mins 🥳🙏🏾💙 Officially a #boymom 🥳😝💙,” Shakira wrote.

So far, Scrappy hasn’t posted about his baby boy on his own socials. But he did slide into Shakira’s IG comments with a bunch of blue heart emojis.

Shakira’s newborn son makes five kids for Lil Scrappy. He also shares three kids with his ex-wife Bambi and has a daughter with his ex-fiancée Erica Dixon.

At the beginning of November, TSR shared clips of Lil Scrappy and Shakira celebrating their baby shower together. Both gave their IG followers a peek at the event with videos of their Stories. Scrappy tagged Shakira in one of his posts, writing, “Young otw @sha.kira.____.” While Shakira shared a clip of Scrappy cleaning up after the party, captioning it, “Shoutout to my baby daddy for making sure he was there and hands-on Thank youuuuuu.”

Rumors about Scrappy expecting a baby first sparked when Nya Ray, a ‘Now That’s TV’ star, spilled some tea on TikTok. She joined the ‘Put A Finger Down Challenge’ and revealed she had spent some time with Scrappy. She claimed after inviting her friend Shakira over, things escalated into a consensual threesome. A few months later, Shakira reportedly told Nya she was pregnant. Nya also accused Scrappy of blaming her for the pregnancy and allegedly pressuring her to convince Shakira to change her mind about giving birth.
