Dawn O’Neal journeys from ecology to owning whiskey brand

Entrepreneur Dawn O’Neal, who obtained her Ph.D. in ecology, reappropriated her skillset when she decided to make a career pivot to create her premium whiskey brand, New Dawn Distilling. O’Neal has already earned multiple accolades, including a Silver Medal at the 2024 Spirits Rating and Platinum at the L.A. Spirits Awards.
