Beyoncé Leads Grammy Nominations With 11, Kendrick With 7
The nominees for the 2025 Grammy Awards have been announced!
The 2025 Grammys will stream live from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Feb. 2. The biggest stars in the music industry are expected to be in attendance, including Beyoncé, who just broke yet another record with this year’s nominations.
The 32-time Grammy winner leads the nominations with 11, making her the most-nominated artist of all time. Despite her snub at the Country Music Association Awards earlier this year, Bey swept all four country categories with Cowboy Carter, including album of the year.
The Houston native is also nominated for best country album, while her No. 1 hit “Texas Hold ‘Em” is nominated for song of the year, record of the year and best country song. Her other nominations include best country solo performance for “16 Carriages,” best country/duo performance for “II Most Wanted” with Miley Cyrus, and best Americana performance for “Ya Ya.”
Eilish, Charli XCX, Post Malone and Kendrick Lamar all follow right behind Bey with seven nominations each. After a landmark year, Lamar’s nominations include song and record of the year for his Drake diss track, “Not Like Us.”
Shaboozey, who appears on two Cowboy Carter tracks, is also up for best new artist alongside Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Benson Boone, Teddy Swims, Raye, Doechii and Khruangbin. The country star’s hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” is nominated song of the year, also being nominated for best melodic rap performance for his guest appearance on Beyoncé’s “Spaghetti.” Linda Martell also appears on the song, earning her first-ever Grammy nominations.
